La Casa del Molino is located in the charming municipality of Titulcia, in the Community of Madrid, just 40 minutes by car from the bustling capital, yet far from its routine, noise, stress, and pollution that often surround us.
Titulcia is a small municipality situated in the Las Vegas region, with approximately 950 inhabitants, a number that slightly increases during the summer months, thanks to the pleasant daytime temperatures and its gentle decline at night, due to its strategic location between two rivers. Its territory covers 9.9 km² and is located about 35 kilometers from Madrid.
This town has its roots in protohistory, as indicated by several archaeological findings, and is located at the meeting point of Jarama and Tajuña rivers.

Apartments
The apartments are designed to offer everything you need. Each one features a cozy bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a full bathroom, supplied with bed linen and bath towels.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and cutlery.
The living room is a comfortable and functional space, with a sofa, television, coffee table, and dining area.
These apartments are also equipped with individually adjustable heating and air conditioning, so you can set the temperature according to your preferences.
The 2-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. The 1-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
